All domestic US orders are shipped USPS.

Made-to-order and custom purchases are usually completed within 2-3 weeks of your finalized design.  As I will never compromise quality to meet an order deadline, I will contact you if I estimate the time to be a little bit longer.

Some countries will charge an additional tax as your package comes through customs. Eshthan Studios is not responsible for any extra charges on international orders. The customs process may also delay the delivery.

All orders are shipped ready either in a sturdy mailing box or heavy duty eco friendly mailing envelope.

 

The following are estimated shipping times:

• Shipping within the USA: 2-8 business days

• Shipping to Canada: 7-21 business days

• International shipping: 7-21 business days

Shipping times are not guaranteed and at a busy time like Christmas, I recommend planning ahead so that your beautifully unique hand crafted items will arrive in plenty of time.

Please contact me for full shipping insurance outside of the USA.

Insured orders will receive a full refund if the order is lost in transit.  It is recommended to fully insure your order as I cannot accept responsibility for lost or stolen items.  Once your item leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of USPS or the international carrier selected (e.g - DHL, etc.).
